Nutrition is a critical element in overall health. It is imperative to understand what we need to fuel our mind and body to achieve optimal performance. “What we eat, we become” is more than a catchy saying, it speaks to the truth that our cells our comprised of the foods we consume on a consistent basis. In order to become our ideal self we must consistently consume foods that align with our purpose. 

Through written guides and our coaching sessions we provide insight into better understanding nutrition.  We address nutrition as it pertains to your specific needs and recommend modifications based on your goal

What Exactly Does "Coaching" Entail?

Coachings/check-ins are 1 on 1 virtual meetings where we will discuss how you’re progressing throughout the course of your program.

Check-ins are an opportunity to have questions answered regarding the program. These questions include but are not limited to exercise techniques, cues, rest times, tempos and other tips relevant for the timely attainment of your fitness goals.

We will also discuss nutrition, sleep and other fitness related factors that will influence your goal attainment.

For beginners that are in need of more direct assistance and more oversight and guidance, it is recommended to select a tier or plan with more frequent coachings

For individuals more advanced with high bodily awareness and training experience, the lower tiers are recommended with less frequent coachings

The higher tiered plans offer more guidance and more frequent touch points throughout the completion of your program
